JARDINS DO MORGADO

Welcome to Jardins do Morgado - is the result of the renovation and adaptation of the old main house of the Quinta de Aranguês, where the Morgado de Setúbal lived. This 18th century building has been reborn with six residential units: three T2 apartments on the first floor with a privileged connection to the garden and three T3 duplex apartments on the second floor, benefiting from the attic. The most emblematic elements of this Pombalian house have been restored, in particular the brick slabs, the stone staircase, the shutters and skirting boards and the precious roofs typical of the region. Each apartment has a unique design, whether through its relationship with the garden, the view it enjoys or the peculiarities it has, such as the antique tiles and the original fireplaces.

THE ROMANTICISM OF THE PAST INSPIRES THE INNOVATIONS OF THE PRESENT

Jardins do Morgado offers the experience of an old farm in a new and contemporary way, as a result of new ways of working and living, with a shared sense of belonging that invites you to enjoy nature in the city centre. A reserved space has been created, where each house, each apartment is harmoniously connected to the gardens through attractive courtyards and balconies. Each courtyard has its own contrasting atmosphere, which is emphasised by a special tree: Fig and Asian conifer, mellia and cypress.
