FONTANA RESIDENCE
Welcome to Fontana Residence - the architectural style of the Fontana Residence dates back to the late 1950s, a historical arc that represents the last chapter of the architectural style of the Estado novo and the transition period to the 1960s. The building has 8 floors above ground and a basement. However, originally only 6 floors were intended for residential purposes, one large apartment per floor. After the introduction of a housing programme, the floors were divided, creating 15 apartments and a store with different typologies between T1 and T3.
