This single-family house on three levels has been reconstructed from a ruined building, maintaining the white facade but incorporating larger volumes and double-height spaces for communication. The house is built with simple materials, using a mineral concrete structure and local pink and white marble for interiors. The house features a central core with basic needs, a large living space, and sliding wooden doors for temporary separation. A fireplace is set into the marble of the first floor, providing warmth and flexibility. On the lower level, a covered patio offers a colorful outdoor space with traditional azulejos tiles. A spiral staircase connects the two levels and leads to the roof terrace.
